Job Description:

Our client is looking to hire a Senior Quote Specialist who will be responsible for supporting the Sales Manager and internal sales team by generating quote proposals and efficiently returning them. This position is expected to consistently provide excellent customer support as well as represent company goals within the organization to ensure quality.

Responsibilities:

• Support role to the Sales Manager and provide support to the sales team as directed.

• Ensure clear, accurate communication among customer and supply personnel with clear descriptions of written and verbal communications.

• 100% maintain CRM documentation and keep them up to date.

• Analyze market trends and customer needs based on prospect/customer feedback.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base = $60K base

• Comp is + 1% of gross profit on what is sold through the quotes developed

• No cap on commission

• 1st year OTE = $65K - $70k

• 2nd year OTE = $70k+
