Job Description:

As the Chief People Officer, you will be instrumental in shaping company culture, aligning talent initiatives with organizational objectives, and creating an environment that attracts top-tier talent. Reporting directly to the CAO, you will oversee HR operations, implement innovative learning and development programs, and lead succession planning efforts to ensure a pipeline of future leaders.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee HR processes and systems to support organizational growth and streamline operations.

• Evaluate talent capabilities, anticipate future needs, and implement strategies to bridge skill gaps and prepare employees for advancement.

• Lead succession planning initiatives to identify and develop future leaders within the organization.

• Assist in organizing and facilitating motivational events to boost employee morale and engagement.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base = $125k-$150k

• Bonus Opportunity: up to 50% of base salary

• Project Year 1 Earnings: $190k - $225k
