Founded in 1997, our client is a power electronic controller company for renewable energy. They utilize the emerging field of high-speed digital controls to offer higher performing, more cost-effective, and more robust power conversion systems and are looking for a Sales & Marketing Representative.

Location: Merrimack, New Hampshire- Some remote flexibility

Job Description:

Our client is looking to add a Sales and Marketing Representative. In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities. Your responsibilities will also include website content and promotional materials development support, collecting customer feedback, and planning for and participating in trade shows.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Function as the primary point of contact, developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Maintain documentation via CRM (HubSpot)
  • Provide market research: research social media channels, analyze industry events, create & help create campaigns, and nurture campaign opportunities.
  • Prepare, review, and finalize sales proposals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing design and content marketing teams to produce quality advertising material for company products.
  • Maintain an accurate record of past campaign results to determine the most effective marketing approaches.
  • This role reports to the Director of Sales, Jeff Aghjayan, dotted line to John O’Conner, President & CEO.

 

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base: $70K
  • Bonus Opportunities = $2.5k quarterly
  • Year-end = $80K
