Job Description:

The Regional Account Manager will build positive working relationships with clients. This position will sell and guide products and services offered by the company needed by current customers and new customers. This position provides direct sales for educational programs, external events, and other sales activities. Monitor and ensure the sales of registrations for all educational programs, ensuring the programs achieve target registration numbers.

Responsibilities:

• Leads are coming from inbound leads, outbound marketing, tradeshows, cold calling, industry events, etc.

• Develops and implements strategies, sales programs, and promotions for sales based on merchandising trends.

• Travel to external events to capture leads, direct sales, and build rapport.

• Provides information, quotes, credit terms, and other bid specifications to clients.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base = $65K base salary

• Commission = $65K

• OTE = $130K

• OTE 2 = $150-$160K

• Uncapped commission
