Job Description:

Our client is hiring a Business Development Director. This individual needs to be an analytical thinker, and visionary, and have an adaptive personality. He/she will be part of an entrepreneurial environment and will be responsible for generating awareness within target accounts and acquiring new leads. He/she will work with team members to prospect, develop, implement, track, and optimize sales.

Responsibilities:


  • Driving revenue growth and protecting the core business by managing the sales team and their ability to develop and execute sales plans

  • Providing face-to-face and remote support by coaching and mentoring new and existing sales team members

  • Clearly defining and communicating the ideal client to focus the activities of the sales team

  • Anticipating, providing, and helping to prioritize needed sales resources for growing sales

Compensation & Benefits:


  • Base = $110K -$125K base (dependent on the individual and their capacity)

  • Commission = $30k+

  • No cap on commissions

  • OTE = $140-$175k
