Job Description:

To achieve this vision, our client is looking for a creative, caring, and committed CEO to scale the company and provide organizational leadership and growth in alignment with our client’s vision and core values.

The CEO will be responsible for the leadership, management, and accountability of the team. S/he will execute on related KPIs; manage and excel to achieve desired sales goals; identify and implement methods/processes for improvement and effectively direct staff as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Deepen and sustain relationships with our clients to drive continuous business expansion and build a team to get new clients.

• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and reporting with an uncanny ability to foresee and mitigate financial challenges.

• Solutions driven; ability to effectively execute under pressure within a fast-paced environment.

• Analyze New Revenue Streams and recommend feasibility and strategic alignment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary = $250k

• OTE Year 1: $350k+
