Job Description:

The Customer Account Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing established customer relationships. The primary responsibility of this role is to build C-Suite/Operational level relationships with customers with a keen focus on retention and growth. Designing, developing, and implementing account-level sales plans.

Responsibilities:


  • Maximize net dollar retention through proactive engagement and management of clients throughout your book of business.

  • 100% emphasis on identifying business opportunities to increase penetration of the company’s solutions within the existing client base

  • Build and maintain customer relationships.

  • Design, develop and implement strategic/tactical business plans

     

Compensation & Benefits:

 

  • Base Salary= $ 90,000

  • Bonus Structure: For a 10% year-over-year growth in revenue for existing Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 customers (approximately 45 accounts) that can be attributed to their efforts, there will be a $10,000 bonus

  • There will be a opt in bonus of $5,000 for growth greater than or equal to 9% and less than 10%

  • An additional $5,000 will be paid for every 5% of growth beyond 10%.

  • PTO: 3 weeks

  • 8 Employer Paid Holidays per calendar year.
