Their broad capabilities include art creation through an in-house studio, art curation through an external network of 4,500 artists, and in-house manufacturing in North Carolina and Atlanta. Our client’s art is sold into commercial spaces across diverse industries including hospitality, multifamily, and senior living, with marquee-brand clients such as Hilton, Hyatt, and Marriott. In 2018 they were acquired by LongWater Opportunities, a private-equity firm focused on creating value through a servant-leadership model and supporting the needs of the companies they own. In 2019 our client acquired Atlanta-based art consulting firm Soho Myriad Fine Art.

Job Description:

Our client is looking for an entrepreneurial and energetic B-to-B sales candidate with a demonstrated history of coaching and managing a growing team of salespeople.

The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for the leadership, management, and accountability of the team. S/he will execute on related KPIs; manage and excel to achieve desired sales goals; identify and implement methods/processes for improvement and effectively direct staff in the processing of all incoming sales leads and train sales employees as needed. This person will directly supervise a team of six and will continue to grow and lead the Sales organization team.

 

  • 100% leadership role focused on coaching and managing the sales organization, all the key accounts, and driving the ream revenue
  • Create and manage budgets associated with sales activity
  • Manage current revenue of $12 million with the target of generating an additional $6M in new and reoccurring revenue in 2022/2023
  • Work with the CRO and other team members to create, improve and communicate the sales plan
  • Work directly with the CRO and senior team to set the sales goals and create a sales strategy to meet sales goals annually
  • Drive for continuous improvement in customer loyalty, process improvements, and learning
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the company
  • Create, monitor, and review reports of key sales metrics and report to the senior team
  • Collaborate with Marketing for sales campaigns and events
  • Collaborate with all departments as needed
  • Manage all activity around trade shows and events
  • Position yourself at high levels at strategic accounts
  • Network to acquire and maintain customer relationships to drive sales
  • Leverage your existing relationships to drive sales
  • Represent the company at industry events, including round tables, speaking forums, and new business events
  • Strategically leverage market knowledge and industry partner feedback to improve product and service offerings

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base = $150k-$200k
  • Bonus = 25% based on achieving sales revenue goals
  • OTE = $300K
