Territory: West Coast/Phoenix/Nevada (remote role)

Job Description: Regional Sales Manager 

The Regional Sales Manager will work to improve our clients' market position and achieve financial growth goals. In addition, he/she builds key customer relationships, identifies opportunities, and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions. The Regional Sales Manager role is responsible for client engagement, outbound calling, and strategic planning. This position is expected to consistently provide excellent customer support as well as represent company goals within the organization to ensure quality. 

Expectations/Responsibilities: 

 

  • Make heavy outbound calls/emails to prospects and customers to drive new opportunities. 
  • Lead generation, cold calls/emails, and social media outreach to develop new business prospects. 
  • Develop and manage strategic account plans that drive production and profitability. 
  • Understand and continually develop knowledge of the business strategies, policies, products, and services. 
  • Ensure that administrative duties are performed accurately, timely, and with an appropriate level of detail, including utilization of the contact management system 

Skills & Qualifications: 

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of demonstrated sales excellence and growth in a sales role 
  • Must have experienced cold calling experience and have a fearless attitude – willing to interact with new contacts daily 
  • Must be coachable, self-motivated, persistent, organized, and able to work independently
