S/he will manage all Distributor and Dealer sales functions, relationships, product application opportunities, and the company’s brand presence. Responsibilities: 70% emphasis on growth and retention business emphasis and 30% emphasis on net new business Through the sales process to identify, quantify, and justify the appropriate value proposition for the individual customer matching their needs with our capabilities to provide a solution. Meet with target prospects, build relationships, provide solutions, negotiate, and close deals. Must be confident to perform cold/warm calls to potential customers Compensation & Benefits: Base = $90k-$100k Variable bonus = $50k Uncapped commissions 11% commission on every dollar sold Projected 1st Year Earrings = $140k-$160k Health benefits (BCBS) – 50% of the employee cost is covered by the company Vacation time Holiday Pay Travel Expenses covered by the company
