Job Description:

The CEO will be responsible for the leadership, management, and accountability of the team. S/he will execute on related KPIs; manage and excel to achieve desired sales goals; identify and implement methods/processes for improvement and effectively direct staff as needed. The ideal candidates come with previous leadership scaling a business for investors.

Responsibilities:

• Establish company-wide processes and procedures.

• Meet revenue and profitability targets.

• Good organizational and time management skills (ability to manage multiple tasks and effectively adapt actions to changing priorities to meet deadlines).

• Strong analytical, critical thinking, accounting, and problem-solving skills.
