Location: Minnesota- 100% Remote Role

Job Description:

The Director of Sales is responsible for establishing a sales plan with the right objectives, goals, sales strategies, sales tactics, and metrics in support of exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual profitable revenue targets. The Director of Sales will directly supervise a team of 7 (SDRs/BDRs) and will be able to grow the team to help support strategic efforts.

Responsibilities:


  • Meet the sales team regularly in a group setting conducting weekly sales strategy meetings and 1:1’s for individual performance feedback and coaching.

  • Identify where department improvements can be made and develop success-driven plans.

  • Grow the sales department revenue and profits.

  • Lead recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and overall skill development of sales personnel.

Compensation & Benefits:


  • Base Salary= $100k - $125k

  • Quarterly Bonuses and Annual Bonus Structure based on meeting and/or exceeding company revenue and profit goals as follows:

  • 30% of base pay at target

  • Additional 10% for a total of 40% of base pay for extraordinary performance above target

  • Earn in at 90% of target earns a 15% of base pay (Note: 90% achievement must be at a level of revenue/profit that exceeds previous year results

  • OTE Year 1: $125k – $160k

  • OTE Year 2: $160k+

  • PTO: 12 days (negotiable)

  • HW PTO: 6 days

  • Employer Paid Holidays per calendar year.

  • Health Stipend $4,800 a year

  • Simple IRA

  • Computer – laptop provided.

  • Home Office work environment provided (desk, chair, etc.)
