Job Description:
Our client is hiring a Sales Leader, leading the Land Acquisition department in the negotiation of land acquisitions, land use analysis, and purchase agreements. This individual needs to be an analytical thinker with a creative streak and a knack for bold ideas. This individual will be part of an entrepreneurial environment. The Sales Manager will lead a current team of 3 acquisition sales team members and will be tasked with daily collaboration on their meetings, project pipelines and transactions. The Sales manager will focus on coaching, training and development and will look to build the team to a total of 6 this year.
