Location: Dallas, Texas (In office role)

Job Description:

Our client is hiring a Sales Leader, leading the Land Acquisition department in the negotiation of land acquisitions, land use analysis, and purchase agreements. This individual needs to be an analytical thinker with a creative streak and a knack for bold ideas. This individual will be part of an entrepreneurial environment. The Sales Manager will lead a current team of 3 acquisition sales team members and will be tasked with daily collaboration on their meetings, project pipelines and transactions. The Sales manager will focus on coaching, training and development and will look to build the team to a total of 6 this year.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage priorities and workflow
  • Work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
  • Analyze transactions, confirm the value, and make smart financial decisions
  • Demonstrate proficiency in supervising and motivating subordinates
  • Problem-solve challenges
  • Review and analyze financial information detailing assets, liabilities, and capital
  • Lead, coach and develop sales team members

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base = $75k-$125k; dependent on experience
  • Variable would equal and likely exceed the base
  • OTE =potential to earn more in variable and be $250k-$350k
  • Uncapped

  • 401k with 3% Safe Harbor Contribution and additional 3% match
  • Company cell and laptop provided
  • Travel is covered at 100%
  • (10-11 holidays) PTO has been flexible, 2 weeks of vacation pay 1st year
