Job Description:

The Epicor Systems Analyst is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of the Epicor Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system - end to end, along with other necessary IT functions. S/he will demonstrate values of integrity, tenacity, accountability, adaptability, and problem-solving, and has strong interpersonal relationship skills, including being able to discern implied needs and requirements in a process. The Epicor Systems Analyst is a self-starter who is resourceful in completing tasks and moving projects forward independently.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary updates and patches.

• Required to have working knowledge and skills in the following areas. SQL, SSRS, Application Studio, BAQ’s, BPM. Familiar will all Epicor Modules.

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and provide recommendations for system changes.

• Assist with general IT questions and IT security.
