Job Description:

The Business Development Manager represents the company in all sales and sales support activities. Responsibilities include initiating and supervising all commercial activity between the company and its customers, understanding customer requirements, and satisfying those requirements in a professional manner that assures the successful execution of the sales plan.

Responsibilities:


  • Heavy emphasis on net new business and creating retention business.

  • Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for revenue and profit margin per the annual sales budget.

  • Promotes and sells new business through telemarketing and suggestive sales techniques

  • Plan and direct the execution of strategic sales initiatives for each account

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base =$70k-$90k

  • Uncapped Commission = $30k+

  • 1st Year On-Target Earnings = $100k+

  • 2nd Year On-Target Earnings: $180K
