Job Description:

The Accounting Manager role requires a hands-on, detailed oriented self-motivator who can work independently. As well as apply the principles of finance and accounting to various accounting responsibilities in a manufacturing environment. Administration and timely analysis of critical accounts are key aspects in this role to be conducted with efficiency and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the CFO with accurate and timely month-end, quarterly, and year-end close in accordance with US GAAP.
• Manage and perform the daily operations of accounts receivable, including invoicing and applying deposits.
• Manage and perform operations of payroll and benefits.
• Work with outside accountants to assist with the timely filing of federal and state-related taxes, annual reports, and any other filings, as needed.
• Analyze monthly cost variances, product mix analysis, and costs of goods sold.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations of inventory & oversee the annual physical inventory count.
• Provide financial analysis to various departments as requested.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base: $75k - $110k
