Job Description:

The Director of Marketing will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing a marketing strategy. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, drive product awareness, and support the overall business objectives.

As the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for setting a marketing strategy, building out a team, and leading the team to achieve communicated goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan aligned with the company's business goals and growth objectives.

• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build relationships and showcase products

• Provide regular reports to leadership on key performance indicators and recommend adjustments for continuous improvement.

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base = $90k - $100k base (dependent on experience)

• Variable Bonus (Performance-based) = 15-20% of base salary
