Job Description:

The Maintenance Manager must have excellent skills in the following areas: leadership, people management, the ability to set a good example for others, the ability to set fair expectations and hold others accountable for the achievement of expectations, and the ability to communicate effectively. They will also have technical knowledge of the company’s equipment and an understanding of the maintenance processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and overall skill development of maintenance personnel.

• Responsible for all aspects of company property, assets, and equipment.

• Manage daily maintenance activities which include production equipment, trucks, trailers, forklifts, buildings, and property. Includes being involved on the floor in maintenance activities.

• Prioritizing emergency breakdowns of equipment with a sense of urgency.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base = $90k – $140k
