Our client’s products fill an important niche business in a multi-billion dollar industry and is known for solving difficult problems designing and manufacturing custom parts.

Job Description:

The Account Manager leads and administers the selling of Company solutions and services. This sales role requires solution selling. It is not just selling parts from a catalog but requires innovative custom technical sales expertise. This includes the planning, implementation, and execution of our client’s sales programs and campaigns and will work alongside of the company’s technical engineers.

The primary objective of the sales representative position is to identify and close Company product and service sales through their effective and proven sales process with attention to detail regarding targeted accounts and assigned territory/account needs. It is critical that the Account Manager be a self-starter in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling of all prospect/customer lifecycle from prospecting, to initial discovery, through SOW/Proposal development, closing and client on-boarding.
  • Knowledge of assigned territory matched with the experience needed to build your own book of business and sales pipeline.
  • Gain access to key Decision Makers and move opportunities from leads to prospects while building a pipeline.
  • Ability to demonstrate an effective prospecting discipline and experience that includes phone,
  • email, LinkedIn, and document prospecting efforts in Spiro CRM.
  • Responsible for obtaining profitable results through your sales results by developing great client and prospect rapport via your strong sales and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication skills required to deliver our client’s unique value proposition where the Account Manager needs to sell value and not price
  • Along with sales, revenue, and expense controls, the candidate is also responsible for meeting yearly agreed upon targets and sales metrics.
  • Contribute and report personal sales metrics in the weekly sales team meetings.
  • Ensure correct usage of LinkedIn and other marketing and sales tools/programs to build pipeline.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base - $85K
  • OTE = $ 105K
  • Two weeks paid vacation
