Job Description:

The Controller/CFO is a key member of the Executive Management team and serves a strategic role in the overall management of the company. You will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company. This includes direct responsibility for accounting, finance, budgeting, credit, risk management, treasury services and financial compliance. This also includes point of contact for legal issues, IT, HR and staff to address issues and consult directly with the CEO.

Responsibilities:

• Recommends modifications to existing corporate programs.

• Provides management with timely reviews of organization’s financial status and progress in its various programs and activities.

• Advises management on desirable operational adjustments.

• Arranges for audits of company’s accounts.

• Prepares reports required by regulatory agencies.

• Establishes relations with banks and other financial institutions.

   

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base = $90,000-$110,000

• Bonus = Based on Company performance

• Company pays 70% of Health Insurance, eligible 30 days after start

• Dental, Life, Vision (optional)

• 401k match up to 4%, fully vested day 1
